You would do well to workout vigorously for one day and then take it a little bit easier the next day. For instance, you could work out thoroughly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You could then go a tad easier on Tuesday, on Thursday and then on Saturday by walking or doing a series of pushups.

Do not underestimate the power of a good night’s sleep. We push ourselves to do more and more in our days. So we stay up later at night . Next we wake even earlier. This leaves little time for our bodies to get the rest we so desperately need. Your body repairs the damage of the previous day while you are sleeping. Your body recharges its batteries while you sleep. For better health, eight hours of sleep per night is needed for the average adult. See what a difference it can make for you by trying to get eight hours of sleep a night for just one week.
